We’re on the hunt for a talented and enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator in the orthodontic department to join our growing team! We’re excited to offer an amazing opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team at our brand new practice in Chelsea!
This role is ideal for someone with experience in a similar position and a genuine passion for working in the dental field. We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised, and enjoys being involved in all aspects of patient care and front\-of\-house coordination.

What You’ll Do:
- Be the friendly, face\-to\-face liaison for our patients, making them feel right at home!
- Guide new patients through all their treatment options, helping them make informed decisions.
- Assist our dentists in treatment planning and ensure every patient has a smooth journey.
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team and practice manager to deliver top\-notch care.
- Keep our patient database organized and make sure communications run like clockwork.
- Always be on the lookout for ways to improve how we do things and make our patient experience even better!
- A warm, friendly, and positive personality that loves helping others – especially our younger patients!
- A can\-do attitude and a desire to go above and beyond to make every patient’s journey easier and more enjoyable.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Dental experience is essential – we want someone who knows their stuff and has experience working with patients.

- Competitive salary starting at £30k per year (based on experience)
- A generous bonus scheme (up to £3k per year) and 2 days working from home per month after probation.

- Full\-time, permanent position (40 hours/week).
- You’ll work 5 days a week, including 2 Saturdays per month and 2 days working from home per month(after probation)
- Candidates must have weekend availability and dental experience – these are non\-negotiable.
