What you will do
You will play a key role in ensuring tesa’s financial stability and enabling informed business decisions across the organization. By managing liquidity, financial risks, and treasury operations, you directly contribute to the company’s ability to invest, grow, and operate securely in a dynamic global environment.

As part of Corporate Treasury, you will work closely with international stakeholders and shape modern, efficient treasury processes – with the opportunity to actively contribute ideas and drive improvements.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure optimal liquidity and cash flow transparency to support strategic and operational decision\-making


• Manage and continuously improve cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning across the group


• Contribute to financing and investment decisions through analysis, insights, and recommendations


• Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on treasury\-related topics, driving better business decisions


• Manage financial risk exposures (FX, interest rates) and support effective hedging strategies


• Strengthen relationships with banks and financial partners and ensure smooth collaboration


• Drive efficiency by improving and further developing treasury processes and tools


• Ensure compliance with treasury policies while balancing risk awareness with business needs


• Support audits and provide transparency on treasury performance and key financial indicators

What you will need

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a comparable field


• Strong experience in treasury with a focus on cash management, liquidity planning, and corporate finance


• Solid expertise in financial risk management (especially FX and interest rate exposure)


• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate financial data into business\-relevant insights


• Ability to communicate complex financial topics clearly and influence stakeholders across functions


• Proactive, solution\-oriented mindset with a drive to improve processes and challenge the status quo


• Structured and reliable way of working with high ownership and accountability


• Team\-oriented personality with the ability to collaborate in an international environment


• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
