About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Travel Consultant to join our passionate team. In this role, you’ll engage directly with customers, using your expertise and creativity to plan and book tailored travel experiences that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets while contributing to the store’s overall growth and success.

  • Plan and book bespoke package holidays, cruises, and tailored travel itineraries.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, evolving into a true travel expert.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, going above and beyond to create memorable experiences.

  • Assist customers when they have any issues or concerns.

  • Inspire our local community by promoting travel through creative and engaging initiatives.

  • Work a flexible schedule, including weekends on a rota basis.
About You
We’re looking for a team player with a passion for travel and a flair for sales. Whether you have prior experience in the travel industry or a background in customer service and sales, what matters most is your enthusiasm, adaptability, and drive to provide exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Successful experience of working in a high street travel agency for 2 years is preferred

  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

  • A proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • A positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.

  • The ability to be a strong member of an established and successful team.

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

  • A natural enthusiasm for travel and an eagerness to share your knowledge.

  • The ability to build rapport and foster trust with customers.

  • Attention to detail when handling client information and bookings.
