Via is supporting a fast-growing luxury travel and corporate travel management business specialising in delivering bespoke, high-end travel experiences for both leisure and business clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Travel Sales Executive to join a high-performance team where you’ll be working with warm, pre-qualified leads and an established client database to convert enquiries into tailored, premium travel bookings.

What you’ll be doing

  • Re-engaging with existing clients, including those from premium sports hospitality bookings, to upsell and cross-sell tailored travel experiences

  • Converting warm leads into bookings across flights, hotels, private charters, safaris, tours, and bespoke itineraries

  • Designing and delivering high-end travel solutions tailored to individual client needs

  • Managing inbound enquiries via phone and email with a consultative, service-led approach

  • Proactively identifying and developing new corporate travel opportunities within SME clients

  • Building and managing a strong sales pipeline using CRM systems

  • Pitching, quoting, and closing bookings from enquiry through to payment

  • Processing invoices, deposits, and balances accurately and efficiently

  • Collaborating closely with the Travel Manager to refine approach, improve conversion, and develop expertise

What we’re looking for
  • Previous experience in travel sales, ideally within a TMC, luxury travel, or group travel environment

  • Proven ability to convert leads into bookings and revenue

  • Strong customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences

  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven approach

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-led environment

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Experience managing CRM systems and sales pipelines effectively

  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation and closing ability

  • A genuine passion for travel and creating memorable experiences
