Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of travel consultants to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets


• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency


• Oversee booking processes, ensuring accuracy and timely arrangements for flights, hotels, tours, and transportation


• Maintain strong relationships with hotel partners and vendors to secure the best deals and exclusive offers


• Provide expert advice on travel destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client preferences


• Monitor industry trends and stay updated on new travel products, safety protocols, and hospitality standards


• Handle escalated client inquiries or issues promptly to ensure positive resolutions and repeat business

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality management within a travel agency or related environment


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team of travel professionals


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and partners


• Deep knowledge of travel booking systems, hotel operations, and hospitality services
