Transportation Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1\. Transportation Dispatching

• Manage daily vehicle scheduling to ensure on\-time completion of transportation tasks.


• Liaise with carriers, track task execution and resolve routine operational issues.


• Support pickup capacity development and daily transportation operation management.


• Maintain the Transportation Management System (TMS) and complete data entry to guarantee data accuracy.

• Formulate and implement trunk line departure plans to ensure orderly route operation.


• Participate in review and analysis of transportation cost data, and put forward optimization proposals.


• Manage compliance documents for trunk and branch line transportation to align with laws, regulations and company policies.


• Assist in the signing and filing of transportation contracts, and maintain partnership relations.


• Support the formulation and review of carrier KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

• Audit transportation invoices and verify freight data to ensure accuracy.


• Follow up on the review of invoices for trunk and branch lines, identify and resolve data discrepancies.


• Assist with transportation settlement and bill payment procedures to ensure timely payment.

• Hold the certificate of operador transporte MERCANCIA


• College degree or above; majors in Logistics Management, Transportation Management, Supply Chain and related fields are preferred.


• At least 1 year of working experience in transportation dispatching, transportation management or logistics settlement; candidates with experience in express delivery, freight or e\-commerce logistics are preferred.


• Familiar with transportation workflows, cost accounting and transportation contract management.


• Proficient in office software; experience with TMS or other transportation management systems is a plus.


• Meticulous in work, with strong capabilities in data analysis, communication, coordination and pressure resistance.


• At least Spanish B2; fluent English is an advantage.

Pay: 1,900\.00€ \- 3,800\.00€ per month
