As our Transportation Coordinator, you are the conductor of our regional operations. This isn't just about scheduling; it’s about tactical data coordination, route optimization, driver relations, and service assurance. Balancing real\-time adjustments with long\-term structural logistics planning, you ensure our vehicles operate safely, punctually, and at peak commercial efficiency.
What You Will Do
- Fleet \& Route Optimization: Dynamically monitor, dispatch, and coordinate driver schedules and routes utilizing our advanced digital telematics and cloud routing platforms.
- B2B Client Management: Serve as the trusted point of contact for corporate client accounts, handling high\-level transit bookings, custom service agreements, and volume scheduling.
- Driver Engagement \& Safety: Build open, reliable communication loops with our driver network, providing real\-time navigation updates, incident support, and managing regulatory hours\-of\-service compliance.
- Performance Analytics: Track and analyze operational metrics (on\-time performance, fuel efficiency, deadhead miles) to suggest systematic process upgrades.
- Incident \& Disruption Resolution: Swiftly resolve real\-time road exceptions, weather delays, or sudden schedule shifts with minimal friction to the end user.
- You bring a solid professional footing in transport coordination, logistics dispatch, fleet management, or a related supply chain support role.
- You possess strong spatial awareness, a quick command of modern route\-planning systems, and the ability to stay composed under fluid operational pressure.
- Your approach is highly structured, process\-oriented, and customer\-focused.
- Language Requirements: Strong professional communication skills in Danish (spoken and written) are required to manage regional driver networks and handle domestic client accounts. Professional proficiency in English is needed to sync with our broader international technical platforms and corporate leadership teams.
