Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Transport Supervisor to oversee and coordinate our transportation operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of logistics and s and proficiency with various systems.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for transport planning, ensuring efficient vehicle utilisation in line with resource availability, cost control, and profitability targets.
- Proactively addressing and resolving operational issues as they arise.
- Supporting transport compliance in accordance with the Transport Manager’s directives.
- Managing driver compliance, including adherence to procedures and disciplinary processes.
- On call duties would be expected.
Essential:
- Cat CE driving licence with experience
- Good UK geographic knowledge
- Basic IT skills
- Ability to work alone
- Familiar with Transport Management Software
- FLT Licence
- TM CPC
