Overview and Objectives

The Transport Steward role is a key operational position supporting the safe and efficient movement of attendees during the event at Bolesworth Castle. Stewards will provide guidance, assist with crowd management, support transport coordination, and help ensure services operate safely and smoothly throughout the event.

This role involves working a single overnight shift on Saturday 30th May from 23:00pm to 05:00am, playing an important part in maintaining a positive customer experience and ensuring the safe movement of attendees at the venue.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Safe Operations: Support the safe movement of passengers at shuttle pick\-up and drop\-off points, minimising congestion and risk.

  • Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Provide clear directions, assistance, and information to attendees in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Manage Crowd Flow: Monitor and control queues to maintain orderly boarding and disembarkation processes.

  • Support Transport Coordination: Work alongside transport teams to ensure shuttle services run efficiently and on schedule.

Pay

Pay will be £12\.71 per hour plus £1\.53
