As a Night Transport Planner, you'll be at the heart of our operation, ensuring the seamless flow of products that help customers enjoy their favourite M\&S food. Joining our Clonshaugh site, you'll play a vital role in coordinating resources, supporting service delivery, and helping drive operational excellence within a fast\-paced distribution environment.

What you'll be doing

Reporting into the Transport Team Manager, you’ll support the smooth running of the transport operation across your shift. Within this role you will:

• Plan and manage transport resources to meet customer requirements and operational targets


• Work closely with customers to understand current and future transport needs


• Respond promptly to customer concerns, escalating issues where appropriate


• Collaborate with colleagues across shifts to ensure consistency and continuity of operations


• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency


• Support the delivery of high operational standards while maintaining a customer\-focused approach

• Previous experience within a transport, logistics or distribution planning environment


• Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast\-paced operation


• Excellent communication skills and confidence building relationships with customers and colleagues


• Experience managing resources and coordinating operational activities


• A proactive approach to problem\-solving and decision\-making


• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure


• Good IT skills and experience using transport planning or logistics systems


• Flexibility to work 40\.25 hours per week on a night shift, 4 on, 4 off pattern

Salary: Up to €48,165\.24 \+ 20% shift allowance

Working pattern: NIGHTS \- 4 on, 4 off

Hours: 40\.25 per week

Location: Gist Limited, Willsborough Industrial Estate, Oscar Traynor Road, Clonshaugh, Coolock, Dublin 17
