Job Title: Transport Planner \- Nights 4 on 4 off

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Transport Planner to join our team. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient running of our overnight transport operations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all night transport operations to ensure efficiency and safety


• Ensure full compliance with all transport regulations and company procedures


• Manage multiple vehicle runs to and from ports, hubs, and other locations


• Coordinate inbound collection and delivery vehicles arriving after 18:00, ensuring all deadlines are met


• Prepare and complete daily transport plans for next\-day pallet network deliveries


• Accurately complete all transport\-related administration tasks


• Debrief drivers returning to site and provide ongoing support during shifts


• Manage the safe entry and exit of vehicles on\-site


• Build strong relationships with drivers to maintain a motivated and engaged workforce


• Proactively monitor and optimise operational flow to maximise efficiency


• Work closely with the Warehouse and Operations teams, adapting plans in real\-time as needed

• Strong organisational and planning skills


• Ability to work in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment


• Excellent communication and problem\-solving abilities


• A proactive and hands\-on approach


• 2 years previous transport or logistics experience is desirable

Pay: £36,000\.00 per year
