Transport Planner (Collections & Distributions) (m/f/d)

We are hiring a Transport Planner (Collections \& Distributions) (m/f/d) to ensure efficient transport planning, seamless coordination, and high operational performance within our Road operations team.

Summary:

• You ensure efficient planning and coordination of collection and distribution activities.


• You monitor transport execution and proactively resolve operational issues.


• You drive performance through structured processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan and control daily collections \& deliveries


• Use EDI data to optimise routing and capacity


• Coordinate closely with drivers, customers, and OCL teams


• Monitor shipments in real\-time and manage deviations proactively


• Ensure on\-time CoDi performance and compliance with SOPs \& QHSE


• Drive continuous improvement of processes, costs, and service quality

Who we are looking for:

• Experience in road logistics / freight forwarding (min. 2 years)


• Strong operational mindset with focus on execution and quality


• Customer\-oriented, solution\-driven, and resilient under pressure


• Team player with strong communication skills


• English required; French and/or German is a plus
