Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing quotations

  • Leasing with customers, drivers, international transport team \& workshop

  • Scheduling daily workloads, planning

  • Checking customer schedules

  • General admin, booking in work

  • Taking new enquiries

  • Dealing with customer queries

  • Customs clearance

  • Irish Ferry Bookings

  • Adnormal Load notifications

  • Preparing RAMS/Lift plans

  • Storage

  • Managing customer accounts

  • Ordering fuel

  • Checking/processing ULEZ, Congestion Charge, Clean Air Zone Charges

  • Arranging site visits

Experience:
  • Experience in managing transportation operations

  • Knowledge of RAMS/Lift Plans

  • Knowledge of Abnormal loads C\&U \& STGO

  • Ability to effectively communicate with drivers \& staff

Job Types: Permanent, Full\-time

Pay: £40,000\.00\-£45,000\.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Gloucester GL19 4BN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
