The Role
As a Transport Controller, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations:
- Assigning jobs to drivers based on location and vehicle capacity
- Monitoring deliveries to ensure they’re always on time
- Acting as the main point of contact for drivers and customers
- Handling last\-minute bookings and solving problems quickly
- Keeping our systems updated with accurate, real\-time information
- Strong organisational skills (experience in transport/dispatch is a bonus)
- Ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure
- Clear and confident communication
- Good knowledge of UK roads (preferred)
- Comfortable using logistics software and office systems

Monday to Friday
Flexibility required (occasional weekends as needed)
