Transport Administrator
Location: Thurrock RM20
Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour
This is a varied and fast-paced role, where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of transport activities. Responsibilities will include providing planning support, communicating with customers, handling claims, and carrying out general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the transport planning team with daily operations
- Liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery
- Managing and resolving transport-related claims
- Performing general administrative tasks to support the department
- Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Proactive approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
