✨ What You'll Be Doing
--------------------------

  • Maintaining accurate transport records to keep everything running smoothly

  • Briefing and debriefing drivers — capturing key information and ensuring clear communication

  • Using Microlise to track and monitor driver activity

  • Using Tachomaster to support compliance, tacho analysis and WTD monitoring

  • Acting as a key point of contact within the Transport Office

  • Processing paperwork and inputting data accurately and efficiently

  • Working closely with drivers, planners and warehouse teams to keep operations flowing

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in a transport or admin role desirable but not essential as training will be given

  • Strong computer literacy — ideally with Microlise and Tachomaster

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong rapport with drivers

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • A calm, organised approach and the ability to work to deadlines

  • A team‑focused attitude
