Transfer Pricing at Cooper Parry is in a genuine growth phase. With increasing client demand and big ambitions for the service line, this role offers the chance to play a pivotal part in shaping and scaling our Transfer Pricing offering. You’ll have a real voice in how the team evolves – helping to build capability, influence direction, and lay the foundations for future hires as the practice grows. What You’ll Be Rockin’:* Managing Transfer Pricing Projects – Help businesses navigate cross\-border transactions, ensuring compliance and strategic advantage.
- Advisory \& Impact – Deliver cutting\-edge advice on pricing strategies, risk management, and documentation compliance.
- Client Leadership – Be the trusted expert, providing hands\-on guidance and smart solutions.
- Collaboration \& Leadership – Work closely with Audit, Corporate Finance, and Tax Advisory teams to deliver seamless solutions.
- Process Innovation – Challenge the status quo, refine methodologies, and lead new developments in transfer pricing strategy.

In addition to those core values, as a Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager, you should;* Minimum of 2 years Transfer Pricing experiance
- CTA, ACA, CA qualified or equivalent is a benefit but not essential provided you have the appropriate level of Transfer Pricing experience
- A strategic thinker who thrives on global tax challenges.
- Self starter \- We are a small team so there will be times when the individual will need to use there initiative.
- Someone eager for career progression, this is a role that will push you forward.
