Transfer Agency — Senior Consultant

Your day to day

• Process investor dealing instructions accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring full compliance with established procedures


• Produce daily, monthly and ad hoc reports to support operational and client requirements


• Handle and resolve queries from asset managers and investors with a clear, professional approach


• Process fund events efficiently while maintaining the integrity of investor records


• Maintain a comprehensive archive of investor and client documentation to guarantee a full audit trail


• Contribute actively to client\-specific projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the team

EDUCATION \& EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related field


• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Transfer Agency or similar financial services environment


• Solid understanding of financial markets and fund operations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)


• Comfortable working with operational systems and data management tools

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken — mandatory


• Any additional language is considered a strong asset

• Strong team player with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously


• Client\-focused mindset with a genuine commitment to quality and accuracy


• Capable of working under pressure while maintaining attention to detail


• Analytically minded, dynamic, and adaptable in a fast\-paced environment
