£34,500 Basic Salary (OTE £58,500\+ Plus Company Car)

About the Role

We’re looking for a commercially sharp, people\-focused Transaction Manager to join our sales leadership team at RRG Toyota Rochdale. This is a high\-impact role where you’ll lead on deal structuring, finance performance, and team development, while also driving customer retention across the business. You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager, Group F\&I Manager, and RRG HQ to maintain the highest standards in compliance, process, and profitability, while always putting the customer first.

Key Responsibilities:

Structure new and used vehicle deals to maximise profit and compliance. Present finance and insurance products clearly and ethically. Coach and support the sales team on live deals, processes, and customer handling. Use CRM, DMS, and group systems to improve retention, renewals, and follow\-up. Align with the Group F\&I Manager, RRG HQ, and finance partners on process and performance. Take ownership of complex or high\-value customer interactions.

What You’ll Need

Experience as a Transaction Manager or a top\-performing Sales Executive with strong finance skills. A confident, coaching\-led approach to leadership. Strong understanding of compliance, finance, and dealership operations. Calm, clear communication with both customers and team members. A process\-driven mindset focused on long\-term retention and consistent delivery.
