Role Summary
As Training Manager South Europe, you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering impactful training programs that enhance product knowledge, sales skills and KPI literacy across Retail Sales staff and Wholesale consumer facing teams. The role aims to equip, motivate and empower teams to drive strong commercial performance while delivering a best\-in\-class consumer experience and consistent brand equity.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraning Programs Development
- Design and build regional training programs from scratch aligned with business priorities and global brand standards.
- Develop structured, role\-based and seniority\-adapted learning paths reflecting employees’ lifestyle and operational realities.
- Work closely with Commercial (Retail and Wholesale) management to align objectives and action plans.
- Create engaging training content covering product knowledge, craftsmanship, innovation and brand storytelling, that can be leveraged to increase sales.
- Develop sales techniques focused on conversion, up\-selling, cross\-selling and consumer experience excellence.
- Build KPI literacy to strengthen understanding of performance drivers and accountability for results.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Group stakeholders (Legal, Communication, Category Merchandiser, Factories…) to source relevant and accurate information.
- Deliver training sessions through in\-person, virtual and blended formats, adapted to different audiences and markets.
- Lead the full organization and budget of training sessions including venue selection, set\-up, coordination and materials shipping, when required.
- Apply effective learning techniques, creative message delivery and storytelling to engage, motivate and empower teams.
- Strong knowledge of learning methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly autonomous, structured and able to build programs from the ground up.
- Command of Microsoft Office, with advanced PowerPoint skills and the ability to create impactful presentations.
- Fluent in Italian, Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
- Act as a brand ambassador in front of internal and external stakeholders, representing brand and company values.
