Slice House is a bold new pizza brand launching at Merry Hill, with plans to grow into other high\-footfall locations. We are looking for talented, energetic people to join us across a range of management roles, including Training Manager and Multi\-Unit Manager.

We make fresh dough daily, ferment it for 72 hours, prepare key ingredients on site, and serve food that is built around quality, speed and consistency. We are launching with our first UK site in Merry Hill and we are only just getting started.
Who We Are Looking For
We want ambitious hospitality people who can lead from the front and committed to raising standards.
You will likely be someone who:
- Passion for training and development
- Takes pride in delivering high\-quality food and great guest experiences
- Leads with energy, urgency and accountability
- Can motivate, coach and develop a strong team
- Communicates clearly and confidently
- Has the highest standards around food safety, cleanliness and compliance
- Wants to grow with a business that is expanding
- At least 2 years’ experience in hospitality
- Experience supervising, coaching or training in company operations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem\-solving and decision\-making ability
- A positive, can\-do attitude
- Flexible leadership style and the ability to get the best out of different people
- Driving sales, service and profit performance
- Leading, motivating, developing and training the team
- Delivering consistently high operational standards
- Reviewing daily, weekly and monthly performance
- Ensuring controls are in place and key business records are completed accurately
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training
- Coaching team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Planning, organising and leading meetings
- Promoting Slice House in the local community to build awareness
- Maintaining high standards in food safety, health and safety, and store security
- Managing performance through regular feedback, support and accountability
- Recognising strong performance and dealing with issues where needed
- Salary of £45,000 depending on role and experience
