Training & Development Manager
You MUST have classroom training experience, drive a car with a UK licence and be able to travel regionally, including Leicester, Salisbury, Bolton, Bristol and London.

We’re recruiting for an experienced Training & Development Manager to take ownership of learning, onboarding and development across a growing professional services business.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys developing people, creating engaging training programmes and working closely with managers to identify skills gaps and improve performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and deliver structured induction and onboarding programmes


• Develop and manage an ongoing training calendar


• Deliver training to support employee development and regulatory compliance


• Identify skills gaps and implement appropriate training solutions


• Monitor training effectiveness and provide relevant management information


• Work closely with managers and senior stakeholders to support business needs


• Maintain and continuously improve training materials and processes

We’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a Training, Learning & Development or similar role


• Strong experience designing and delivering training programmes


• Experience supporting onboarding and employee development


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• Financial services or pensions experience would be highly desirable


• A proactive approach with a genuine passion for developing people
