Trainee Valuer

A highly respected independent estate agency in the South Benfleet area is seeking a driven Trainee Valuer / Sales Negotiator to join their successful and close-knit team. This role would suit someone who thrives on winning business, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Our client is open to considering strong sales professionals with a proven track record in face-to-face sales who are looking to transition into the estate agency industry.

Trainee Valuer / Sales Negotiator role:

• Generating valuation leads


• Attending appointments


• Converting opportunities into new instructions


• Involved in property viewings and negotiating offers


• Supporting clients through the sales process, ensuring each transaction progresses smoothly and efficiently

To be considered for the Trainee Valuer / Sales Negotiator role:

• Proven track record in a face-to-face sales environment


• Strong understanding of the local area


• Highly driven and motivated


• Well-presented with a confident, professional manner


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal


• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential

As a Trainee Valuer / Sales Negotiator, you will be offered:

• Basic salary up to £28,000 (depending on experience)


• OTE of £35,000


• Strong commission structure


• 5-day working week
