This role is ideal for a confident and driven individual who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and learning the fundamentals of residential sales.
Role Overview
As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will be trained in all aspects of residential sales, including registering applicants, arranging viewings, and supporting the sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Register and qualify applicants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Support senior negotiators with sales progression
- Build relationships with buyers and vendors
- Learn how to negotiate offers
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Work towards personal and team targets
- No previous estate agency experience required
- Previous experience in estate agency or sales is advantageous but not essential
- Ambitious
- Strong communication skills
- Enthusiastic, confident, and willing to learn
- Target-driven and motivated
- Full UK driving licence required
- £18,000 - £20,000 basic salary
