We're recruiting on behalf of a successful and fast growing Gloucestershire business that's investing heavily in its future and expanding its sales team. Full training is provided, so you don't need previous sales experience, just a positive attitude, strong communication skills and the ambition to succeed.

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you'll learn how to develop relationships with businesses across the UK and help them find solutions that meet their needs.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Speaking with new and existing customers over the phone
- Building strong and lasting business relationships
- Understanding customer requirements
- Recommending suitable products and services
- Managing customer enquiries from initial conversation through to completion
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Updating and maintaining customer records
- Learning valuable sales and negotiation skills
- Working closely with an experienced and supportive team
