Role Overview

Customer Interaction \& Needs Assessment: Learn how to build rapport with customers, listen to both their stated and unspoken needs, and ask the right questions to understand their requirements and offer tailored vehicle options.

Product Presentation \& Test Drives: Assist with presenting vehicle options, encourage customers to experience products through test drives, and help review available accessories or additional options to meet their needs.

Sales Team Collaboration \& Skill Development: Work closely with Sales Executives to develop your skills for a more experienced role, helping with tasks like appraising part exchange vehicles, checking paperwork, and obtaining repair quotes.

Showroom \& Delivery Management: Contribute to maintaining the showroom's presentation, assist with vehicle deliveries and collections, and ensure customers are informed about any delivery date changes.

Sales Opportunity Follow\-up: Learn how to track sales leads and opportunities from other teams (e.g., Fleet sales) and ensure they are properly followed up by the right specialist.
