The Role As a Trainee Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting business growth through effective sales and relationship building. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to develop valuable sales, communication, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities • Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identifying customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Providing outstanding customer service throughout the customer journey
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Supporting the day-to-day running of a busy branch environment
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and health & safety guidelines
- Saturday: 09:00 - 18:00
- Sunday: 10:00 - 16:00
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Positive, proactive, and target-driven attitude
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Keen to learn, develop, and progress within a growing business
