*Realistic OTE for first 12 months – £35,000\- £40,000*

*Hybrid – 3\-4 days in office (after successful probation/initial promotion).*

*No prior recruitment experience is required:* *we can provide all the training you need to become a successful recruiter. However, we do need:*

• *Strong communication skills; a keen interest in people, active listening and the confidence to have engaging conversations with diverse groups of people*


• *Ambition; the desire to learn and progress within Sanderson*


• *Resilience; the ability to overcome challenges and the discipline to work towards achieving positive results*


• *Urgency; working in a fast paced, competitive environment and switching between multiple tasks*


• *Partnership; Working collaboratively in a close team environment and building strong relationships*

• *Source and screen candidates via job boards, social media, and networking*


• *Write and post engaging job adverts to attract top talent*


• *Build strong relationships with clients and candidates*


• *Arrange interviews and manage the offer process*


• *Support business development by identifying new client leads*


• *Keep accurate records in the CRM and ensure compliance*
