What you’ll be doing
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll develop into a trusted advisor for clients and candidates. This is a sales-focused role, where your success is driven by your ability to build relationships, spot opportunities and deliver results.
- Developing new business and managing client relationships
- Advertising and sourcing top talent
- Interviewing and matching candidates to roles
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Building a strong personal brand in your market

- Experience in a sales environment is highly desirable (or previous recruitment experience)
- A genuine desire to build a career in a target-driven, sales role
