We're looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. No previous recruitment experience is required – we're looking for motivated individuals with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and a desire to build a successful career in recruitment.

You’ll receive full training, ongoing support and a clear progression pathway, giving you everything you need to develop into a successful Recruitment Consultant.

What you'll be doing

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Build relationships with candidates and clients


• Identify and attract suitable candidates for vacancies


• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases and networking


• Conduct candidate searches and CV screening


• Carry out telephone and video interviews


• Arrange interviews between candidates and clients


• Develop new and existing client relationships


• Generate new business opportunities through business development and sales activity


• Manage the recruitment process from initial candidate contact through to placement


• Negotiate salaries and manage offers


• Work towards individual and team sales targets


• Maintain accurate candidate and client records


• Provide a high level of customer service throughout the recruitment process
