CT Interiors Ltd are a Midlands based construction subcontractor, established since 2017, specialising in Dry Lining, Partitioning, Suspended Ceilings, Plastering and Steel Framing Systems (SFS).

Our business ethos is focussed around gaining repeat business in a range of sectors with various main contractors through our high standard of project delivery and commercial expertise.

The Role and Responsibilities

· Assist with undertaking costing analysis, take\-offs, and quantity schedules.

· Assist with producing monthly Cost Value Reconciliations and payment applications.

· Assist with identifying/ costing and negotiating project variations.

· Attend meetings with clients and colleagues.

· Produce labour payment schedules.

· Produce material procurement schedules.

· Process sub\-contractor labour measures and payments.

· Assist with Final Account agreements/ retention release negotiations.

· Estimating/ pricing of tenders including full take\-offs and producing bill of quantities.

· Assist with raising material purchase orders.

Relevant Skills Required

· Excellent IT skills, including proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Word \& Excel.

· A positive and proactive attitude with a keen interest in developing a career as a Quantity Surveyor

· Meticulous attention to detail.

· The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast\-paced environment.

· Excellent organisational skills and time management.

· Communication skills both written and verbal, including the ability to build effective working relationships both internally and externally.

· Strong mathematical knowledge.

· Analytical thinking skills.

· Ability to use your initiative.

· Full UK Driving License and the ability to commute to the Cannock (WS11\) area.
