About the Opportunity

Takeda Portugal is looking for three talented and motivated Trainees to join our team in Lisbon, with opportunities available across Sales, Marketing, and Patient Value \& Access \& Medical. Depending on the role, you will gain hands\-on experience supporting commercial planning and performance, marketing and brand initiatives, or medical, scientific and patient access activities. In all three positions, you will work closely with experienced colleagues and cross\-functional teams, contribute to meaningful projects and develop a broad understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
What You Will Do
As a Takeda Trainee, you will:
- Support the planning and execution of projects and initiatives within your assigned function.
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, presentations and preparation of relevant materials.
- Support the coordination of meetings, events and key team activities.
- Conduct research and gather relevant market, business or scientific insights.
- Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders across the organization.
- Contribute ideas and identify opportunities to improve the way we work.
- Participate in training and development opportunities throughout your traineeship.
- Perform all activities in accordance with Takeda's policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, completed or nearing completion, in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Health Sciences or another relevant field.
- Previous professional or pharmaceutical industry experience is not required.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving capabilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, proactive and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good written and spoken Portuguese and English.
- Genuine interest in healthcare, innovation and the pharmaceutical industry.
