If you have recently completed your degree in engineering and are looking for a global challenge with an impact on the lives of millions of people, this program is for you.
What you can expect
During 12 months, you will embark on a unique international experience of learning, practice and growth:
- Participation in large\-scale projects in the national and international railway mobility sector
- Development of skills in signalling, telecommunications or digital transformation
- International exposure, working with global teams
- Continuous support from mentors and senior leaders
- Hands\-on experience in a fast\-evolving and highly technological industry
Engineers with the willingness to learn, grow and make a difference.
Hard Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunications and Computers, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science or similar)
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Curiosity and an innovative mindset
- Proactivity and willingness to face challenges
- Possibility of joining the company at the end of the program
