Trainee Operations Manager
We are an Edinburgh\-based organisation working with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors, including retail, hospitality, telecoms, and financial services. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Junior Operations Manager to join our team and support the delivery of high\-quality operations across our client base.
You will gain broad exposure to different industries and business environments, working across customer service, sales operations, and account management while developing the skills needed to progress into senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client account management and internal team coordination
- Assist with operational planning, scheduling, and workflow management
- Monitor KPIs, targets, and service delivery standards
- Work alongside team leaders to drive productivity and performance
- Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Prepare reports, analyse data, and coordinate cross\-functional projects
- Support customer service and sales operations
- Strong organisation and time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment
- Problem\-solving mindset
- Genuine interest in operations, business management, or leadership
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, administration, or operations
