Trainee Operations Manager

As a Trainee Operations Manager, you’ll learn how a successful sales and marketing operation works from the ground up. You’ll gain practical experience across campaign delivery, performance, customer engagement and team operations, while receiving the training and coaching to develop towards greater management responsibility.

This is an entry\-level role, so previous management experience isn’t required. We’re looking for someone with the confidence, organisation and ambition to grow into it.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll start by building a strong understanding of our day\-to\-day campaigns and how the wider operation comes together.

Your role will include:

• Supporting the delivery of sales and marketing campaigns


• Learning how daily operations are organised and managed


• Working with the team to achieve campaign objectives


• Monitoring performance and understanding key results


• Supporting a positive customer and client experience


• Developing your organisation and problem\-solving skills


• Learning how teams are coached, supported and developed

As you progress, you’ll gain greater exposure to planning, performance management, team development and operational decision\-making.
