Looking for an entry\-level role with real responsibility, clear progression and the chance to build leadership skills? We’re hiring a Trainee Manager to learn the business from the ground up, starting with sales and customer campaigns before developing into team coordination and day\-to\-day management.

You’ll receive structured training, regular coaching and responsibility that increases as your skills develop. The role includes guaranteed base pay plus bonus incentives, with immediate starts available.

Your Development PathStage One: Learn the Campaign

  • Understand different clients, products and campaign objectives

  • Learn how customer\-focused sales campaigns are delivered

  • Develop strong customer service and communication skills

  • Understand daily targets and performance measures

  • Build consistent personal performance

  • Learn how campaign activity and results are recorded
Stage Two: Take Ownership
  • Support daily team briefings and campaign preparation

  • Help organise schedules, resources and promotional materials

  • Monitor progress against individual and team goals

  • Maintain accurate campaign and performance records

  • Support new team members as they learn the role

  • Identify issues and raise them with a senior manager

  • Take responsibility for defined campaign tasks
Stage Three: Begin Leading
  • Deliver clear briefings and communicate daily priorities

  • Help coach team members and provide practical support

  • Keep the team focused during busy campaign periods

  • Review results and identify areas for improvement

  • Support campaign launches and changes

  • Prepare updates for senior managers

  • Coordinate smaller campaign workstreams

  • Develop towards managing a team and its performance
