Trainee Lettings Negotiator
Dove & Hawk are partnering with a highly successful independent estate agency specialising in the sale and rental of prime central London property. They are seeking an Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their established and high-performing team.
This opportunity is ideal for a motivated lettings professional or someone who is aspiring to take the next step within a reputable and prestigious firm.
Key Responsibilities •
Proactively generate new business and source leads
- List properties using the existing database and network
- Register applicants and manage inbound enquiries
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Provide detailed feedback to landlords to help secure offers
- Negotiate and qualify offers to achieve the best outcome for all parties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues
- Handle all necessary paperwork for a smooth lettings process
- Manage the full lettings cycle from offer through to move-in
ARLA qualification preferred (not essential)
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Well-presented and articulate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT proficiency
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am - 6:30 pm
- Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Saturdays: 1 in 4 (9:30 am - 4:30 pm)
