Job Summary

Barns Medical Practice is an innovative, forward\-thinking training practice in the heart of Ayr. Due to the continued development of our clinical services, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our nursing team as a Trainee Practice Nurse.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about developing a career in Primary Care and wishes to undertake a structured training and development programme leading to competence across the full range of General Practice Nursing services. Full support, mentorship and education will be provided, with clear opportunities for progression into advanced practice roles including Chronic Disease Management, Sexual Health services and Independent Prescribing.

Pay: From £34,500\.00 per year
