Trainee Event Manager

We’re looking for an Event Manager to lead promotional events, brand activations and customer\-acquisition campaigns for a range of clients. You’ll turn campaign briefs into organised delivery plans, prepare the team and ensure every event meets both client standards and commercial goals.

This is a commercially focused event\-management position rather than a hospitality, conference or private\-events role.

What You’ll Lead

• Review client briefs and define clear campaign priorities


• Coordinate schedules, team requirements and event materials


• Lead pre\-event briefings and allocate responsibilities


• Ensure the team understands the brand, audience and offer


• Oversee customer engagement and campaign presentation


• Monitor individual and team performance throughout the event


• Coach team members and address performance issues constructively


• Resolve operational challenges without losing momentum


• Maintain accurate campaign, customer and performance records


• Present results and customer feedback during campaign reviews

Position Details

• Location: Liverpool


• Contract: Full\-time


• Core hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm


• Additional hours: Optional Saturdays


• Start date: Immediate
