No previous estate agency experience is required. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a desire to succeed, full training will be provided.

The Role As a Trainee Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator, you will learn all aspects of residential property sales, including:

• Registering applicants and matching buyers to suitable properties


• Arranging and conducting property viewings


• Building relationships with buyers and sellers


• Generating new business opportunities


• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors


• Assisting with sales progression through to completion


• Delivering exceptional customer service

About You • Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Confident and professional telephone manner


• Motivated by targets and earning potential


• Positive and enthusiastic attitude


• Well-presented and professional


• Strong organisational skills


• Full UK driving licence preferred


• Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality or telesales experience would be advantageous but is not essential
