- Preparing instruments, fillings, and materials for procedures
- Supporting and reassuring patients throughout their visit
- Sterilising instruments and maintaining clinical cleanliness
- Processing and managing x\-rays
- Assisting with stock control and surgery organisation
- Keeping accurate patient records
- Offering oral hygiene advice where appropriate
