Trainee Dental Nurse
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Trainee Dental Nurse to join our team. As a Trainee Dental Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. Duties:
\- Assisting the dentist during dental procedures
\- Preparing and sterilizing dental instruments and equipment
\- Taking and developing dental x\-rays
\- Providing chairside support to the dentist during treatments
\- Maintaining accurate patient records and treatment information
\- Educating patients on oral hygiene practices
\- Ensuring a clean and sterile environment in the dental office
\- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
\- Previous experience as a Trainee Dental Nurse or similar role is preferred
\- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease
\- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
\- Proficient in using dental software systems for record keeping and appointment scheduling
\- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with patients and team members
\- Valid nursing license or certification required
