Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Dental Nurse Receptionist to join our dental practice. This entry\-level role is an excellent opportunity to build skills in patient care, reception duties, and dental nursing support within a friendly, professional environment — with a clear pathway to becoming a qualified dental nurse.

Duties

• Greet patients warmly and manage check\-in/check\-out procedures


• Support the dental team with basic nursing tasks under supervision, including sterilisation and equipment preparation


• Manage appointment scheduling and patient records using practice IT systems


• Communicate clearly with patients about treatments and clinic procedures


• Maintain a clean, organised reception area


• Handle patient enquiries face\-to\-face, by phone, and by email


• Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and stock control


• Follow health and safety regulations and infection control protocols

Expected hours: 30\.0 – 40\.0 per week
