As part of the Group Cyber Chief Information Security Officer (Group CISO) organization, the Awareness, Skills \& Communication team helps make cybersecurity an integral part of everyday life at DHL Group. Our mission is to empower colleagues across the Group with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to make secure decisions and contribute to a strong cybersecurity culture.
We bring cybersecurity to life through engaging training, practical tools, interactive learning experiences, games and targeted communication. We also collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners and other stakeholders to ensure that cybersecurity messages reach the right people in the right way.
But awareness is only part of the story. We also help build and continuously develop the skills and capabilities needed across the cybersecurity organization – preparing our people to tackle today’s challenges and stay ahead of tomorrow’s.
Your role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on how cybersecurity is understood, experienced and practiced across DHL Group.
You will
- Shape and strengthen our cybersecurity culture by developing and implementing Group\-wide awareness initiatives, communities and engagement activities.
- Empower our frontline teams by creating and rolling out practical, engaging enablement and learning materials
- Build cybersecurity capabilities by supporting the development of knowledge, skills and competencies across the cybersecurity organization.
- Design and coordinate training programs covering a wide range of cybersecurity domains and helping colleagues grow their expertise.
- Bring cybersecurity to life through communication, developing clear and engaging messages for different audiences across the Group.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent and effective cybersecurity communication.
- Support cybersecurity crisis communication, including collaboration with external stakeholders and media when needed.
- Bring your ideas and creativity to the table, continuously exploring new ways to engage people, strengthen awareness and make cybersecurity easier to understand and apply.

You’ll work at the intersection of people, communication, learning and technology, with the opportunity to shape initiatives that reach colleagues across the entire Group and make a tangible difference to our cybersecurity resilience.
Your tasks
- Further development of the Group\-wide cybersecurity framework and other policies
- Promoting cybersecurity awareness through communication and training initiatives
- Designing security strategies and roadmaps based on recognized enterprise architecture practices and current technical developments
- Minimum Bachelor Graduation before April 1st, 2027, in Computer Science, Natural Science, Engineering, Cyber Security
- First professional experience (up to 3 years) in cyber security/information security/data protection
- Knowledge of the cross\-divisional structure of the Group, e.g., through previous internships; practical experience in the cyber security area of another company
- fluent/very good skills in English and German
- very good knowledge of MS Office/O365; knowledge of application security and IT security management
- knowledge in the areas of application security, penetration testing and computer forensics is an advantage
- high level of creativity, strong analytical and conceptual skills, very good communication and presentation skills, strong teamwork skills and good relationship management skills
- recognized cyber security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA etc. are very welcome, as well as practical experience as a pen tester, integration tester, developer etc.
- Appealing salary package: With us you will earn an annual salary of € 57\.000 gross – including Christmas and vacation allowance as well as an annual bonus.
