<p><strong>💼 What does the role involve?</strong></p>
<p>As a <strong>360 Recruitment Consultant</strong>, you'll be trained to run your own "mini business" within our company:</p>
<ul>
<li>You’ll connect with hiring managers, understand their hiring needs, and build strong, long-term relationships.</li>
<li>You’ll also build your own network of freelancers and guide them through the recruitment process — from the first call to the signed deal.</li>
<li>You’ll be responsible for the full sales & recruitment cycle: business development, account management, candidate sourcing, and deal negotiation.</li>

<p><strong>😊 Who we’re looking for:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You’re <strong>ambitious</strong>, <strong>motivated</strong>, and want to grow in a performance-driven environment</li>
<li>You enjoy talking to people and building relationships</li>
<li>Experience in <strong>hospitality, sales, or customer service</strong> is a plus (especially fast-paced environments)</li>
<li>You are fluent (C1/C2) in either German and English or Dutch and English ideally, <strong> alternatively you have</strong> <strong>at least 1 year of full time </strong> B2B sales or recruitment <strong>experience</strong></li>
