Spotless.London is looking for a Trainee Operations Associate. This isn't a "standard" cleaning job. We are looking for our future supervisors and managers. We want to hire someone at the ground level, train them in every aspect of our business, and promote them rapidly as we scale.
The Journey: Your First 6 Months
We move at a "Pace," and we expect you to do the same. This is an accelerated roadmap to management:
- Months 1\-2 (The Foundation): You will work on the frontline, mastering every type of clean we offer. This includes daytime office and salon cleans, through to specialised restaurant and overnight pub cleans. Flexibility is essential during this stage as you learn our full 24\-hour operational cycle.
- Months 3\-4 (The Standards): Once you've mastered the technical side, you’ll be trained on our digital operations portal, client management systems, and quality auditing.
- Month 5 (The Lead): You will begin supervising small teams and acting as the "First Point of Contact" when we launch new contracts.
- Month 6 (The Goal): By the end of your sixth month, you will be managing your own portfolio of sites, training new staff, and overseeing daily operations.
- No Experience Required: We don’t care if you’ve never cleaned a floor before. We will teach you the "Spotless Way."
- The Personality: You must be "customer\-facing." You need to be confident, polite, and able to talk to business owners and managers on\-site.
- Ambitious Mindset: You should want to progress. We are looking for someone who wants to eventually lead the company, not just tick boxes.
- Reliability: You move at a "Pace." You are never late, you are proactive, and you fill gaps before they become problems.
- High Flexibility: Our cleans run throughout the day and night (especially overnight pub and restaurant work). You must be willing to work varied hours during your training.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills (Fluent English).
- Travel: Ability to travel across London to various sites at different times of day/night.
- Attitude: A "can\-do" attitude \- no task is too small or too big.
