We are seeking a dedicated Trainee Care Coordinator to join our team. Based in Camberley, this vital role supports our mission to provide compassionate, person\-centred care to clients living with Brain and Spinal Injuries. Join us in making a positive impact on people's lives through professional leadership and exceptional service.

Duties

· Assist the Registered Care Manager and Senior Care Coordinators in overseeing daily operations of our specialist brain and spinal injury care services.

· Assist with administrative duties related to care management.

· Assist with recruitment of experienced Support Workers to work with our ever\-expanding client base.

· Monitor quality of care delivery and address any issues promptly.

· Promote a positive environment that respects our clients' dignity and independence.

· Supervise and mentor our care staff to ensure high standards of care.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

· In time be part of our out of hours on\-call rota.

Requirements

· Right to work in the UK without requiring spοnsοrship or vіsa transfer

· Excellent level of IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and email.

· Full clean UK Driving Licence

· Previous experience in a similar role is preferrable but not essential as full training will be provided.

· Excellent organisational and administration skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.
