Trainee Car Sales Executive

Previous sales or retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided to the right candidate. What matters most is a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
The Role
As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will guide customers through every stage of their vehicle\-buying journey, from their initial enquiry through to the handover of their new vehicle. You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience while representing an innovative and exciting automotive brand.
Working Hours:
- 8:30am – 6:00pm
- Five\-day working week
- Weekend working required on a rota basis
- Flexibility is essential
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and manage the sales process from enquiry to vehicle handover.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations.
- Identify opportunities to generate new business.
- Achieve individual sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Work closely with colleagues to maximise sales opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey.
- Maintain accurate customer records and communicate professionally by telephone, email, and in person.
- Previous experience in sales, retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confident and professional manner.
- Strong organisational and keyboard skills.
- Self\-motivated with a positive, target\-driven attitude.
- A willingness to learn and develop within a successful dealership.
- A full UK driving licence.
