Trainee Campaign Manager

We’re growing our Edinburgh team and are now looking for a Trainee Campaign Manager to join our fast\-paced, hands\-on environment supporting live client campaigns and brand projects.

This opportunity is designed for someone at the beginning of their career who wants practical experience, real responsibility, and clear progression into campaign management — without being limited to a traditional graduate programme.

The Role

This is a training\-focused role with structured development and genuine opportunities to progress into more senior campaign and management positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the day\-to\-day coordination of live marketing and sales campaigns


• Support campaign planning, scheduling, and on\-site execution


• Help monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and optimisation


• Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns run efficiently


• Represent client brands professionally and maintain high customer engagement standards


• Participate in ongoing training focused on campaign management, leadership, and communication


• Contribute to a motivated, collaborative, and high\-energy team environment

Training \& Development

You’ll receive:

• Full training in campaign coordination and management fundamentals
