Duties

• Assist Production Manager with bench work and assembly tasks, ensuring accuracy and quality.


• Support the preparation and organisation of the Company's products ready for sale into the marketplace.


• Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.


• Learn to operate various workshop machinery under supervision, including hand tools and power tools.


• Document work activities eg: Spares dispatch and Returns system accurately in accordance with company procedures.


• Engage in training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

• Good organisational skills with the ability to follow instructions carefully.


• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.


• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks within the workshop environment.


• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and enthusiasm.


• Prior experience or familiarity with workshop tools or mechanical components is advantageous but NOT essential. A good work ethic and positive attitude IS.
